My Latin Food used to be a great store, but my last order was seriously bungled. It was fulfilled one week after the order was placed and arrived very late. MLF would not even acknowledge that the order was late, or respond in any manner whatsoever. Upon engaging the credit card company they could not even elicit a response. In the end the credit card company elected to just credit the account.
So, be warned - ethics do not run high here!
